What "Open Box" means here
The packaging has been opened. Units are tested by our Ottawa team, factory-reset and prepared for resale. Outer packaging may show wear such as dents, scuffs or label residue. Contact us for details about the available unit rather than assuming every unit is cosmetically identical.

MYTVOnline version on an Open Box unit
The Z12 Ultra originally launched with MYTVOnline 3 and now supports MYTVOnline 4. The installed version depends on the unit's firmware, so an Open Box receiver may require an update. Check the Software Update app and review the available update details. See Formuler's official MYTVOnline 4 release announcement. Recording and timeshift also depend on the service and storage setup.
Streaming-service compatibility
A receiver's 4K or Dolby-format capability and Widevine support do not guarantee Netflix certification or HD/4K playback in Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or another service. Confirm support for the exact model, app, region and subscription before ordering. No channels or paid streaming subscription are included.
Warranty and returns
The store's stated 2-year receiver warranty and 30-day return window apply, subject to the published terms. The existing exception for complaints solely about packaging condition remains in effect; see the Refund Policy.
