The packaging has been opened. Units are tested by our Ottawa team, factory-reset and prepared for resale. Outer packaging may show wear such as dents, scuffs or label residue. Contact us for details about the available unit rather than assuming every unit is cosmetically identical.

BT1 voice functions require Bluetooth pairing and receiver/app support; TV infrared controls require setup.
